Unlike screen printing, DTG printing allows you to have an infinite ammount of colors printed on a shirt without the hassle of setting up and registering screens. In a nutshell, if you have a single shirt to be made, or a small order, this is the best way to do it.

Advantages of DTG printing

There are many things to consider about DTG printing. Unlike screen printing, there is no setup involved with a DTG printer. The machine works just like a computer printer. Within seconds to minutes, your shirt is printed and ready to wear. Screen printing is a cost-effective method of printing large quantities, whereas DTG prints work better for smaller orders.

Something else you might like about DTG prints is the amount of colors you can use. Most screen printers will print up to 8 colors, which blend together very nicely on a shirt. DTG prints do not have a limit to colors. Full color photographs can be printed on t-shirts with ease!
