Garment Quality: All garments are name brand high-quality garments. Screen-printed shirts are all 6.1oz 100% cotton unless otherwise specified. For more options, please see our Garment Catalog.

Fabric Color Variations: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee exact color matches of material with each shipment, due to color variations of dye lots. Certain fabrics such as washed fabrics and pigment dyed are subject to color/shading variations. Such variations in these types of fabrics are out of our control.

Pricing: Price quotes for custom printing are based on quantity, design color, and artwork labor charges. We typically price garment embellishing and artwork labor charges separately, but we can combine them into one price per garment, if desired. Price quotes do not include shipping and handling estimates unless requested.

Payment Terms: First time customers will be required to pay by major credit card or check before the merchandise is shipped. Custom artwork requires a 30% deposit before the artwork labor begins. Established customers can apply for a net 30 account.

Shipping/Freight: We use UPS ground exclusively. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box number; a current street address is required. Customer will pay for all shipping and handling charges. Additional UPS charges apply to all COD shipments.

Drop Ship Charge: Drop shipments exceeding four (4) locations will be assessed a drop ship charge of $7.50 per location.

Minimum Orders:
Screen-Printing: There is a minimum order requirement of 12 embellished garments. Sizes can be mixed to meet requirements.
Embroidery: There are no minimums for embroidery. However, the embroidery digitizing fee (see Embroidery Information) can be waived with an order of 24 or more garments.
DTG Printing: There are no minimums for Direct-to-Garment printing, nor are there limitations to number of colors used. Maximum order for DTG printing is 11. Shirt orders with quantities exceeding 11 will be screen printed.

Over Runs & Under Runs: Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities as ordered. However, an over/under run rate of 5% is standard on all decorated/embellished, or custom made orders. Customer pays for exact quantities sent, not to exceed quantities ordered.

Please note: The customer must not make any changes to an order once production has begun. These changes include (but not limited to) shirt/garment quantities, garment colors, sizes, ink or thread colors, and artwork (both images and print location).
Example: For an order of 200 shirts, if a customer wants to remove 10 shirts after production has begun, the final invoice will still read 200 shirts.

Lead Times: Standard lead times (the time it takes for ArtBeat to finish production and ship products) for screen printed garments is 10 working days after approval of artwork. Lead time for embroidered apparel may take longer than this. Custom out-sourced lead times vary from 3 - 4 weeks. Custom import lead times vary from 8 to 12 weeks depending on fabrications. Please call for specifics. Every effort is made to strictly adhere to these time frames, however occasional variances can occur due to seasonal demand fluctuations, available stock and special fabrications. Please for current lead times estimates.

Return Policy: Return goods are not accepted without prior return authorization issued by our office. A fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee will be assessed on all returns resulting from customer error. Return of custom decorated/embellished, or custom made product will not be accepted except in instances of production errors.

Embellished Samples: Samples of non-embellished garments will be sent out at full wholesale price, plus shipping Custom screen printed samples will be sent out at full wholesale price, plus freight and a set up fee of $15.00 per color will be added. Fees will be waived (Excluding shipping) and credited upon the receipt of production order for same sample. Please call for more information.

Artwork Proofs: Artwork proofs will be mailed, emailed or faxed for approval free of charge. Signed approvals are required before any order goes to production. This step is absolutely necessary for production. More information can be found on our Artwork page.

Set Up Charges: Custom Screen Printing will be quoted by the job and all set up fees are incorporated into the per shirt price. If an ink color change is required during production, a $10.00 fee per color will be charged. Artwork Labor - custom artwork, designs and logos and/or modification to artwork/designs/logos will be charged at $20.00 per half-hour.

Stock Availability: An extensive inventory of stock items is maintained and available to us at all times. However, occasional out of stock situations may occur. Please call for most accurate in-stock information. If we need to order apparel that we do not have in stock, lead times may increase very slightly.
